(Day 1)

Tim Dakin is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Fair Oaks. He is a speaker on marriage and family issues and leadership dynamics. He has led seminars throughout California, Colorado, Washington and Hawaii.

Kenneth Hawkins (Day 1)

Kenneth Hawkins is widely recognized as a leader and innovator in conflict resolution, organizational development, diversity management and building teams for higher performance. For 25 years, he has worked with hundreds of municipalities, businesses and agencies to help them achieve maximum effectiveness.

Tyrone Weaver (Day 2)

Tyrone Weaver, currently a school counselor at Samuel Jackman Middle School, has been involved in the Reaching Resolution Partnership since his ten years at Samuel Jackman. Mr. Weaver has as masters in Counselor Education with three specialization areas: community counseling and marriage and family therapy. Mr. Weaver has been a leading trainer for CYC’s Youth Action Leadership Camp, Reaching Resolution and other CYC trainings for students/staff leadership development.
