Conflict Resolution
Reaching Resolution
Implemented in hundred of schools throughout California, Reaching Resolution is a nationally-recognized model for school-based alternative conflict resolution that teaches youth how to resolve their own disputes using peaceful, positive alternatives and engages them as ambassadors on their campuses.
Reaching Resolution provides staff development, lessons for the classroom, a dynamic youth leadership camp and community service activities all designed to create positive, safe climates. By assisting in reducing the incidence of violence on their school campuses and helping peers to resolve problems in positive ways, student mediators are equipped to practice good citizenship in their schools and communities.
