Student Achievement Results

Please Note: This initial action research project had several limitations that hinder generalization of its findings (for example, control groups were not used to assure that changes could be attributed to the independent variable). The CPCE has identified specific factors related to evaluation that are being addressed by its current project plan and strategies, such as an expanded longitudinal aspect and an approach that allows for differentiating quality of programs.
