Community 2008 CSOC Winner - Marengo Ranch ElementaryMarengo Ranch Elementary is a diverse school located in Galt Joint Union Elementary School District, in Sacramento County. The school's mission is to “provide students with the skills, opportunities and experiences to achieve their highest potential in academics, citizenship and personal growth.” As a result of their hard work in character development, they are happy to report an increase in attendance and a reduction in their annual number of suspensions by more than 50% in the last two years. A formal announcement and presentation will be made on March 7, 2008 at 8:30am at Marengo Ranch Elementary (1000 Elk Hills Drive in Galt), during their trimester awards assembly.
