Community Service has a strong tradition in the Crocker school community. Volunteer opportunities allow students to make a contribution to the community, help those in need, and gain valuable work experience. Each year, Crocker students volunteer thousands of hours to nonprofit organizations, including senior centers, food banks, environmental organizations, local schools, and more.

For 2006-2007, the school goal is for all sixth graders to participate in 10 hours of community service while the seventh graders will attempt 15 hours. The eighth graders will try to successfully complete 20 hours of community service. Every year, many students exceed their community service goal. Crocker is proud of all student effort and presents awards and recognition at an end of the year assembly.
