Character-Based Citizenship® Partnerships

Good citizenship isn’t learned only through a textbook or in just one class, but is

something that is developed over the course of a lifetime. CYC’s character-based

citizenship® approach develops good, “everyday” citizens for today’s schools and

tomorrow’s communities.

BEHAVIORS - Elementary

HABITS - Middle School

SKILLS - High School

ACTIONS - Adults

As part of implementing a whole-school approach, CYC provides its partner schools with:

Model leadership development programs for adults and youth (Kindergarten through 12th grade)

Standards-based materials and resources for classroom instruction

Innovative professional development and skills training for teachers, administrators, school staff and community partners

Practical tools to measure results for everyday citizenship
